Fender Fireball humbucker & S-1 Switch
To give the Fender Player Plus Meteora HH EB BLK Black its powerful and multi-faceted voice, Fender relies on two in-house Fender Fireball humbuckers. The double-coil pickups have enormous output reserves, allowing them to easily handle even the hottest rock and metal genres. Both pickups are controlled via a selector switch with three positions, separate tone controls and a shared master volume. This accommodates an S-1 switch for coil split circuits to elicit the airy, clear qualities of the single coil from the two Fireball pickups if required.
