Ash body and rosewood neck
For the body of the Fender Relic '50s Thinline Tele the Custom Shop Team relies on ash, whereby generous sound chambers enrich the typically crisp sound with a warm resonance. In addition, the rosewood neck complements the basic tone with a cripse brilliance, while the "1957 Soft V" profile lies comfortably in the hand and offers a high playing comfort.
Two hand-wound single coil pickups deliver versatile sounds.
Custom Shop Single Coils
The Fender NAMM '17 Relic '50s Thinline Tele delivers versatile variations of the legendary Twang sound, which is equally suitable for sharp country licks, singing blues or burning rock. The hand-wound Fender Blackguard Tele Single Coil on the bridge convinces with an output-strong and assertive sound thanks to the Alnico V magnet, while the Fender "Twisted" Single Coil on the neck brings the sound to life with a healthy warmth and portion of belling. The Fender '50s Thinline Tele also features the Greasebucket Tone Circuit, which maintains the clarity of the sound when the Tone knob is turned back.

Vintage Style Hardware
