Fender Malibu Special MBK

Solid Malibu body with Sitka spruce top, mahogany body, Fishman pickup and bag

With the Malibu Special the traditional manufacturer Fender offers a solid and compact acoustic guitar, which is ideal for fingerstyle with its striking mids. In addition, a shortened scale length of 612mm and a flat Slim-C neck profile ensure comfortable playability, which should appeal especially to electric guitarists. Anyone who knows the legendary Fender Stratocaster neck should immediately feel at home on this neck.

The Fender Malibu Special also features a Fishman pickup with built-in tuner, 2-band equalizer and phase switch, providing the naturally mature sound for the stage. Besides the breathtaking look with a rosette and maple body binding, the fully solid western guitar with a Sitka spruce top on a mahogany body delivers clear bass, nuanced and striking mid-range and fine silvery highs.

The bold style and balanced, clear sound make the Fender Malibu Special a natural partner on stage and in the studio and last but not least, a Fender Deluxe bag is already included.
