Thanks to traditional dimensions and components, the look and feel remain true to the original model from head to toe, while the classically wound single coil pickup evokes the unmistakable vintage sounds of the era. including gig bag!
Tele neck with strong U-profile
The traditional maple neck of the Telecaster with its U-profile clearly points to the powerful shaping of the early fatback necks and offers an amazing amount of wood from headstock to neck heel, giving the player absolute control over secure Chords and soulful Blues licks. Of course, the well-balanced 9.5" radius of thefretboard and its 21-fret vintage-style fretting also play an important role in providing an all-around iconic Tele feel.
Vintage-style single coils
Of course, the Fender Made in Japan Traditional '50s Telecaster also corresponds as closely as possible to the iconic model of the fifties on the tonal side and relies for this purpose on two vintage-style single coils wound according to a proven recipe. The single coils in neck and bridge position produce the authentic twang and growl that made the Telecaster immortal and have a moderate Output with enormous dynamic range, and easily from country to stadium rock to create an incredible variety of potential sounds.
Fifties Hardware
The Japanese-made '50s Telecaster is completed by add-on parts that are clearly inspired by the early Telecaster era. The 3-saddle Vintage-Style Tele bridge features three brass 'barrel' tailpieces and classic resonant string routing through the body, while six vintage-style tuners and a butterfly-style tailpiece on the headstock provide reliable tuning stability and the right amount of pressure on the bone nut.
