Short scale electric guitar with Pau Ferro fretboard, humbucker and single coil pickup
With the Fender Duo-Sonic HS Pau Ferro Fretboard Black, Fender modernizes the classical concept of the student guitar from the 1950s and 1960s and provides the Short Scale Electric Guitar with contemporary equipment that will especially delight rock and alternative guitarists. The guitar has the classical alder body, which together with the screwed maple neck and fretboard from Pau Ferro promises a balanced primary tone. At the same time, the 24" scale length (610 mm) in conjunction with the "C" neck profile ensures a pleasantly soft playability and cosy response.
The variable pickup equipment of the Fender Duo Sonic delivers a versatile sound spectrum to the amplifier. The Fender Duo-Sonic Humbucker at the bridge convinces with its powerful, fat sound, which is made for distorted rock and alternative riffs. The Fender Duo-Sonic Single Coil, on the other hand, provides a transparent vintage sound at the neck that brings chords and melodies with bell-like carrying capacity to your ears. The control panel with 3-way toggle and master volume and master tone controls can be used to select different sound nuances. The equipment of the Fender Duo-Sonic HS is rounded off by a classic Fender Hardtail bridge and encapsulated Fender standard tuners.
The main features of the Fender Duo-Sonic HS Pau Ferro Black include:
I am in love this guitar, mainly because it’s very comfortable and small. It sounds very nice. Classic Fender sound. It has coil split for pickups. Moreover, it’s looks very cool!
