Traditional parlor-style acoustic guitar with massive spruce top and high-gloss finish
The Fender CP-60S Parlor WN Natural produces an amazingly loud sound thanks to a solid top and convinces it with its clean finish. Especially beginners and children should find it easy to play on the compact guitar because the flat neck is equipped with a user-friendly easy-to-play neck profile. Furthermore, solid hardware ensures a clean intonation of the 6 steel strings and guarantees easy and precise tuning. The acoustic guitar is rounded off by a gossamer-thin high-gloss varnish with a natural finish.
Construction and woods
The manufacturer uses a laminated mahogany body for the small construction to give the tone a warm colour. The solid spruce top enriches the sound with clear mid and treble frequencies at the same time so that the instrument comes through easily, especially with pickings. In addition, the top is equipped with a flat scalloped X-bracing that allows every note to emerge with a quick response. The flat mahogany neck features a walnut fingerboard that is equipped with 20 frets that are comfortable to reach in all positions.
Hardware and Design
Thanks to a slim 43 mm nut and a perfectly tuned saddle, every note unfolds with tuning precision over the entire scale length of 629 mm. For easy tuning, chrome-plated die-cast tuners are inserted into the headstock, which is easy to operate. The rather plain instrument is decorated with discreet Bindings, which are optimally adapted to the multi-stripe soundhole rosette. The appearance is refined by a high-gloss finish that tastefully emphasizes the fine grain of the tonewoods used.

A Real Fender for £140? And it sounds fantastic. Great Tone, and Much Louder than you could believe that compact body could be capable of. Action and intonation excellent straight out of the box. Finish flawless. The smaller size has many applications. *Travel *Couch guitar *Excellent for those of us of smaller stature. *Excellent for those of us who, because of infirmity, (like me) have play sitting down. It's very helpful to be able to play in a chair with arms (for stability). and it's so light and easy to hold. This is a standard guitar, not a 3/4 size. The only thing that's smaller is the body. But the one-piece Spruce soundboard ensures that you still have great tone and volume available. I fell in love with it right out of the box. You will too.
Excellent for Delta slide , typical parlour sound, very light and strong body. Well made and looks like it can take the abuse of travelling. Action is good from the box. Neck is as a fender should be, no sharp or unpolished frets. Intonation is good. Overall, Cheap enough to take to seedy bars and classy enough to take to your parents house.
