Full tube combo with 12" speaker for electric guitar
The Fender Blues Junior IV is the latest incarnation of the popular full tube combo and has been carefully optimized at crucial points, so that the sought-after sound penetrates the ear with even more nuance. The revised preamplifier circuit of the guitar amplifier guarantees a full sound image with finer definition and clarity, while the 3-band tone control in conjunction with the fat switch provides a wide range of clean and bluesy crunching tones for boosting the midrange. Softer tuned, the integrated field reverb delivers additional shimmering reverbs, while maintaining a harmonious three-dimensionality even in high settings. The tried-and-tested 15 watt power is also output via a twelve-inch Celestion A-Type loudspeaker, which represents every sound with tangible plasticity. The character of the Fender Blues Junior is perfectly supported by the full bass, relaxed midrange and a complex high frequency spectrum.
The Fender Blues Junior IV has a channel with 3-band tone control, fat switch for boosting the midrange and a reverb effect.
The Fender Blues Junior IV at a glance:
Electric guitar combo from the Fender Hot Rod series
15 watt tube amplifier
Preamp with three 12AX7 tubes
Power amplifier with two EL84 tubes
One 12" Celestion A-Type speaker
One channel with 3-band tone control and fat switch
Excellent delivery time. The amp itself offers up two personalities to play with. Sometimes I challenge it with the foot-switch that is included to see how different I can set the tones. This makes playing old songs very interesting. I 100% recommend this amp.
