FENDER American Acoustasonic Telecaster Natural Lefthand
Electroacoustic lefthand hybrid guitar with Acoustic Engine and Stringed Instrument Resonance System, including gig bag
The Fender American Acoustasonic Telecaster Natural Lefthand proves once again that innovation is a priority at Fender. Accordingly, this electro-acoustic hybrid guitar embodies the modern spirit of blurring the boundaries between instruments and genres. With the patent-pending "Stringed Instrument Resonance System", which relies on a recessed top made of solid Sitka Spruce and the "Tuned Soundport" in the sound hole, the guitar delivers a surprisingly mature acoustic sound despite its classic Telecaster dimensions. The "Acoustic Engine", co-developed by Fender and Fishman, utilizes a Fishman Matrix Narrow Piezo under the bridge, a Fishman Acoustic Enhancer Body Sensor and a Fender Noiseless Single Coil, which together provide ten different voicings between electric and acoustic guitar. In addition, the flat "C" neck profile provides comfortable and smooth playability, while the compensated Graph Tech TUSQ saddle ensures clean intonation and a flat string action.
The Fender American Acoustasonic Telecaster Natural Lefthand convinces with its smooth playability and first-class sounds between acoustic and electric guitar.

I have only had this guitar for a few days. My view is that it is a well made mass produced instrument with the benefit of modern manufacturing techniques like CNC and modern electronics. It also benefits from not having lacquer applied and it is very light. Playing and sound wise it is fun and links that experience of playing an electric acoustically but also generating good emulations of acoustic tone when amplified. The electric fender tone I still haven't quite got nailed as it's shown in countless Youtube demos. It is still early days for me to really explore it but I like the idea of getting quirky combinations from it and recording with it. Especially acoustic processed lots of my Stymon pedals and Valhalla DSP plugins etc . Also looping about with it in the house will be fun. I think its a little expensive even though I got mine at a very good price from dv247. The seafoam green is probably not to everyone's taste but I like it even more than I thought I would.

Been trying to learn on an acoustic guitar and seem to keep tilting it to see what I’m doing, I don’t do it with this being so slim bodied. Love this guitar, well made and looks great.
