Spruce and rosewood are among the classic tone wood combinations of the acoustic guitar and convince with a balanced bass and treble spectrum.
Spruce top & rosewood body
The basic construction determining the sound character of the Fame Orchestra Deluxe is formed by a solid spruce top and a body made of equally solid rosewood. The former contributes a profile rich in overtones thanks to vibratory X-bracing, while the body contributes a tight midrange and incisive bass frequencies. These features make the Fame Orchestra Deluxe the perfect all-rounder for strummers, flat pickers and finger pickers.
The flute on the five-piece mahogany neck of the Fame Orchestra Deluxe provides additional stability.
Slim C mahogany neck
In order to provide the left hand with the best conditions for unhindered playing, the five-piece mahogany and ebony neck has a slim C-profile, which provides exactly the right amount of wood for controlled fingering and the necessary finger freedom for nimble playing on the 20-fret ebony fingerboard. On the back of the headstock is furthermore an additional flute, and the transition between neck and headstock provides additional stability.
Visual refinements include multi-layer tortoise binding, chrome hardware and a classy high-gloss finish.
