The Fame MFX-3 or Rig offers useful tools for juicy leads and room-filling sounds in a compact pedal format. Loaded with three effects, the MFX-3 or Rig features a powerful-sounding distortion section for rock and metal sounds, while the chorus effect provides a versatile modulation effect with controls for Rate, Depth and Level. Thanks to the additional delay, traditional echo sounds from classic slapback to pulsating room sounds are no problem for the Fame MFX-3 or Rig. In addition, the integrated effects loop offers the possibility to insert further effects pedals between Distortion and the chorus section or to loop the or Rig into existing rigs via the 4-cable method. Standalone operation via headphones is also easily possible thanks to the integrated amp simulation and additional 3.5mm headphone jack.

I thought this could be an easy way to get a few good essential effects without spending too much but I was WRONG.
This piece is useless. The sounds are horrible, the noise level is destroying your play and if you add all together this unit goes from cheap to expensive. The useability is close to zero which means that you soend money on nothing.
Dont buy it no matter if you are a beginner or you want to give it as a gift to someone…. It will never be used aoart from the first few minutes when you realize that buying it was a big mistake… BUT…… if you can use the metal box for something else, it is actually very sturdy.
