Construction and woods
So that the Fame Green Leaf GL-JF2 e can unfold a rich and warm sound, the body is made of wafer-thin High-Pressure-Laminate. The robust material convinces not only with properties like heat and weather resistance but also with high breakage, impact, scratch and abrasion resistance. Furthermore, it is very easy to clean and maintain. The neck is made of sturdy plywood and is also extremely stable. It is also very easy to play thanks to the flat 'C' profile. The Micarta fingerboard offers a lot of space, so that even complex chords become child's play.
The black mechanics are very easy to operate
Hardware and design
The compensated bridge inlay and the 43 mm wide saddle are made of bleached bone and provide a clean intonation on the whole scale length of 650 mm. In addition, the black die-cast tuners ensure easy and accurate tuning of the strings, which are fixed with Bridge-Pins plastic in a bridge of Richlite. The headstock features a large inlay that tastefully matches the Inlay in the fretboard. Another highlight is the curly maple design that extends over the entire body and is perfectly accentuated by the matte finish.
The regulations of the pickup system are located in the sound hole
Electronics
With the help of the built-in Fame pickup system, the acoustic sound can also be amplified. The active system picks up the strings directly via a piezo element under the saddle. The volume and tone of the output signal can be individually adjusted via the control in the sound hole and adapted to the respective amplifier type. The power supply takes place via a 9V block battery, whose battery compartment is located inside the body.
