The Forum IV Classic Deluxe Top has a particularly well-defined body made of Khaya Mahogany presents the sound of 2x Seymour Duncan USA humbuckers and offers ideal conditions for advanced playing techniques with professionally trained frets in medium jumbo format, classic 24.75" scale and 12" radius. The hardware of the Fame Forum IV Classic Deluxe Top is made up of high-quality Schaller components.
Khaya & Sapelli The basic construction of the Forum IV Classic Deluxe Top is based on a body of Khaya Mahogany. This African wood offers classic characteristics with a warm central sound and presents a noble shimmering grain. This is glued to a Sapelli neck, whose flat 'D' profile and satin finish provide a smooth thumb rest and the right amount of wood behind the fingerboard for every playing technique.
Unique Maple Top The Forum IV Classic Deluxe Top employs high-quality Western Maple in the creation of its body design. The exquisite wood shows a broad spectrum of impressive grains with three-dimensional depth and offers astonishing optical details between the classic Maple flame and cloud pattern. Every single Deluxe Top was hand-selected by Fame in order to present as many different Maple finishes as possible.
Seymour Duncan Humbuckers With the proven combination of 2x classic pickups from the US market leader Seymour Duncan, a powerful and flexible sound is achieved. The Seymour Duncan SH-2N Jazz neck humbucker delivers warm and characterful neck sounds with balanced output for woody clean and vocal leads. On the bridge, a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB humbucker is a true classic. For four decades the humbucker has been the ideal partner for hot-rodded sounds of blues, rock and thrash. Thanks to the split-coil option via mini switch, airy, clear sounds of classic single spools can also be produced without any problems.

The Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB humbucker, which has been tried and tested for 40 years now, operates in the classic Hot-Rod manner with increased Output and a well-resolved frequency spectrum, while the Seymour Duncan P90 Sopabar aptly complements the distinctive sound of the neck position with its pronounced high mids. The additional Mini Switch also provides a coil-split option for the bridge humbucker, which can also elicit softer sounds with attack-rich response from the Fame Forum IV Classic P90 if required.
