These premium guitars are hand made in small series by experienced guitar builders in Danzig! They are delivered directly to us, cutting out the middle-man! Every guitar is unique.
While many of today’s modern guitar manufactures use only paper thin, glued wood veneers for the top, FAME delivers quality and aesthetics with bodies made exclusively with solid woods.
All the woods used are stored for a very long time in Danzig and are naturally dried. Non-natural quick drying methods, which are widely used in the industry in order to process large bulks of wood, are not employed at FAME.
The genuine mother-of-pearl around neck and body deliver exclusive aesthetics. Especially the incredibly beautiful Burl Eye top is a real head turner. Exclusively selected premium woods are used and responsible for the assertive, transparent sound.
Additionally the FAME Forum Custom is equipped with a Piezo Bridge for authentic acoustic guitar sounds.
The original Seymour Duncan Humbucker Pickups can be split to single coils with the mini switch. These features make this guitar a real all-round weapon.
We would also like to satisfy any personal wishes you may have. Special finishes, fretboard inlays, pickups, hardware … every thing is individually customized for you and produced in under 12 weeks.
Fame Forum Custom Spalted Maple NAT NaturalI had it shipped to the USA. I am assuming the weather and sitting in customs for a week was not kind to this guitar as there is a crack (fret sprout style) that goes all the way through the fretboard at one of the higher frets on both sides. I am hoping it’s just going to be a cosmetic issue, as this guitar is otherwise perfect. Was a little disappointed as I was hoping to keep this guitar in mint condition for a long time.
