I have been using those strings both in electric guitars and in acoustic guitars. Theyre cheap, and they are good. Ive found they really shine on the acoustic guitars, as they have a smoother feel than their acoustic counterparts. They are a bit on the bright side, but sound good enough.
They take a long time to start rusting, even if i do not care much about the guitars where i put them on. They sound good, although not as much as Daddario or Ernie Balls, but hey - those ones are much more expensive.
If you need backup strings, if you have an acoustic guitar with steel strings just to practice or play at home, look no further: these are THE strings!
I bought the strings fame and I was impressed with the brilliance they have, from now on I will always use fame. the strings are of easy handling, very versatile in any musical style ... Here in Portugal we do not have to sell the ropes fame, why come all the behest musicstore, spectacular prices
great strings, they sound nearly as good as a expensive pair. i would fanatically buy these again. such a good price. thanks musicstore you are very helpfull. i must say if you plan on using your guitar alot get them the others are too dear.
Fame strings are good, they accomplish their job, theyre not super great, like Dean Markley, fender strings or Daddario, but theyre good, I guess. The only problem I can think of when using Fame strings is their length, they could be a little longer, but for the money they cost I cant complain.
not as good as elixir, or daddario, but very good and versatile strings according to it´s price/quality ration here in portugal it´s hard to find quality cheap stuff so i definitely i reccomend it because theyre solid built and very very very very cheap!
