The Fame DD-6600 at a glance

The Fame E-Drum Set is an eight-piece electronic kit with 408 sounds and mesh heads on all drum pads. The mesh heads result in realistic playing feel and low volume. With the wide range of different sounds (408 in 30 kits), the right sound is ready for any style of music. In addition to 80 play-along sequences, the DD-6600 module holds other useful functions, such as coach modes, DBT function and real-time recording. It is possible to connect two additional pads to the module via external trigger inputs, and the module can also be used with a computer via USB.

Hardware

The hardware of the e-drum set also impresses with its stability and compactness: the 10" snare pad has two zones, the three tom pads measure 8" in diameter, just like the bass drum pad. Hihat as well as ride and crash cymbals also have 10". A single pedal for the bass drum and a hi-hat controller are also included.

Innovative sound module with over 400 sounds: Fame DD-6600

The Fame DD-6600 sound module has, besides the modern appearance, many professional functions. A total of 408 sounds are stored on the module, there is a creative sound profile for every requirement. 30 drum kits are already available, 10 more can be configured by yourself. In the integrated sequencer, 80 songs are available, five user songs allow you to save your own sequences.

The extensive coach mode contains practical training functions that help to constantly improve your own playing, with additional support from the recording function in real time. Also exciting in the DD-6600 module is the DBT function: the Double Bass Trigger doubles or triples the beats on the bass drum pad, making complicated speeds much easier, especially for drum beginners. On the back of the module, in addition to AUX IN, headphone output, main out (R/L mono) and USB-MIDI, there are also two optional trigger inputs, with which you can easily add more pads to the Fame DD-6600 E-Drum Set.

Compact rack and sturdy drum pads with mesh heads

The drum rack is of a sturdy nature, but can be compactly folded when needed, which makes it easier to transport the Fame e-drum set.

Snare pad, three tom pads and the kick pad are covered with high-quality mesh heads. These can be tensioned with a tuning key, just like conventional drums. This gives you an extremely realistic feel with authentic rebound, another advantage of mesh heads is the low noise level, so you can also use the Fame DD-6600 Drum Kit in your own home to practice drums. The snare pad is 10" and has two zones, i.e. center and rim of the pad are assigned with two different sounds. Kick and tom pads are each 8", and the two cymbal pads and the hi-hat pad are a comfortable 10" in diameter, plus the cymbal pads have a choke function, meaning you can stop them with your hand. Single pedal and HiHat controller as well as all cables and drumsticks are directly included in the Fame DD-6600 E-Drum Set scope of delivery.
