The Fame Black Birch Cajon is produced in Germany. For its purpose, only chosen birchwood is used to strenghten acoustic properties and its extremely tough consistency. The sound of the Black Birch is assertive and is exceptionally present high tones and a succinct and deep bass. Two snare wires are mounted on the back of the frontplate and guarantee the known popular snare effect and an extra-ordinary attack.
Visually the Black Birch Cajon needs to shy away from no comparison. With a black-stained face plate on the course pristine body, the Black Birch makes a noble and elegant impression. The Fame logo adorns in white paint the striking plate of Black Birch and completes the design harmoniously.

This cajon is one of the best (price range). just got it now for a week and its all i need. The wood is a strong and good quality/crafting. The only downside is that the frontplate is glued, so you couldnt replace that one easily. This cajon is also well-balanced (if you like to balance with the 2 legs of the cajon) so far it supports all my needs. Its a great beginner/semi-pro cajon in my opinion. cant wait for a jam on the beach!

The only place of handling is the acoustic hole. it should have some rough spots )area) on the sides to be able to grab it and move by picking it up from the sides.
A good, well made product. It took a little time to figure out the sweet spots, which I guess would be slightly different for everybody, but once I'd got that and developed some muscle memory it's very playable.
