Excerpt: With the Fame Baphomet II basses, the Polish guitar and bass manufacturer has made a real statement. The promise of combining sound, workmanship and know-how at a fair price has been honored by Fame. The Baphomet II inspires creativity and is certainly also interesting for non-bassists (also known as guitarists) who would like to experience the fascination of bass tones and be inspired by the instrument. The two tested versions in Black Limba and Natural Ash did not make a big difference in terms of sound apart from Finish and are probably more of visual relevance in the purchase decision process. We can only recommend that you take the plunge into the basement yourself.
