Fame Audio 5060AM Active Monitor 6" (Black)

The Fame 5060AM’s housing is made from high quality, extremely robust MDF specially designed for these monitors. Its premium appearance is accented by brown side edges made of wood veneer and a black front which dominates the aesthetics of the 5060AM with a shock proof synthetic frame.

Technically identical to its colleagues; the Fame 5050AM and 5080AM, this monitor is equipped with a 6.5" LF woofer (sandwich cone) and a 1" tweeter with a titanium membrane. The built-in active electronics deliver 80 Watt for the LF woofer and 45 Watt for the tweeter (Bi-Amping). A controllable combo socket input is located on the back, allowing connections for jack and XLR cables. With which the studio monitor can be connected without problem to any source and be adjusted between -10dB and +4dB. And naturally included is also; a panel, with which the speaker can be adjusted to fit room acoustics or personal preference, and a socket to connect a subwoofer; which is only rarely included in many more expensive makes.
