The Fame A-50 (Vintage Sunburst) is a 6-string a Grand Auditorium with solid Engelmann Spruce top, a body of Hawaiian Koa Acacia, cut-away and Fishman Sonitone pick-up. The solid Engelmann Spruce and Koa body endows this Grand Auditorium with tight and powerful basses, vocal and nuanced mids, as well as radiant treble. This makes the Fame A-50 suitable for a wide range of styles and especially for vocal accompaniment.
A compensated bridge inlay made of Graph Tech TUSQ ensures clean intonation and a flat string position, while chrome-plated open-gear tuners keep the tuning solid and precise.
The Fishman Sonitone pick-up is available for use on stage, transmitting the sound of the guitar with natural balance and warmth to the amplifier. An abalone mountain inlay adorns the fingerboard, while the sound-hole rosette is lined with mother-of-pearl.
