The Wildkat is one of the classics of the Epiphone line-up. The instrument, which has been built since the 1930s, presents itself as a versatile semi-hollow with an arched top made from Flamed Maple with a Mahogany body. In addition to the body, two P-90R and P-90T pickups with traditional Dogears are responsible for providing a clear and defined sound image with sufficient treble and high mids.
The Wildkat's Maple neck is glued into the body in the traditional manner and features the SlimTaper "D" profile, which is not only popular among Les Paul fans for its speed while still offering enough mass for sensitive bendings.

Epiphone WildKat Semi-Acoustic Electric Guitar, Antique Natural
Its one of the more fantastic guitars that i ever play, have a very great cleen, but the better part is when i pun an overdrive. For that price, its impossible chose one better guitar, just because this is the better.
I own this guitar for at least 1,5 years. Factory setup was terrible, but pickups sound good and the overall quality of the guitar is good. This is a guitar that (with a little work) became my number one guitar. (Own a Gibson Les Paul and a ES295) I did a full rewire and complete new setup.

This guitar is very good for the price. I had to make some adjustment to get it the way I like. But overall you cannot get wrong with this axe. It is impossible to get for this price something decent without sacrificing some wishes. With this guitar I just got what I dreamed of. Plays very well, looks great and seems to be to last. Music Store shipped directly and was very easy to order as usual. So this rocks too.
