The mahogany body with chic AAA curly maple veneer and particularly wide Cutaway for easier access to the higher registers also features a contoured neck foot, which provides a comfortable resting point for the thumb when playing in the highest frets. The Asymmetrical Slim Taper profile of the mahogany neck also plays an important role here, with its slim design particularly promoting sophisticated playing techniques.

Both pickups have two different voicings, which can either produce traditional and characterful vintage sounds in PAF style or, in modern mode, provide a tight response with a high but always defined Output for fans of modern metal sounds. Coupled with the option of switching both pickups to Coil Split mode, this results in unimagined sound combinations ranging from clear California-style single coil sounds to the coveted Woman Tone and a razor-sharp high-gain sound for rhythms and solos.
