This Limited Edition EJ-200 SCE is based on a Gibson classic that was first introduced in 1937: the Super Jumbo SJ-200. Due to its huge Jumbo body the EJ-200 SCE produces the typical warm and voluminous sound that made the original world famous. Finally this guitar icon is available at an affordable price.
The Super Jumbo
Equipped with a maple body and a solid spruce top, this instrument delivers an extremely full bass, warm mids and an exceptional overtone spectrum. In contrast to the original, the EJ-200 SCE is equipped with the eSonic pickups to make it stage ready. An integrated tuning device guarantees the harmonic duet with the band. And finally this Super Jumbo is adorned with pearloid crown inlays in the fretboard and a flower pick-guard.

I am really happy with this guitar. The possibilities are great and the sound is amazing. In combination with the right strings you can even improve the sound. The guitar is nice to hold and plays very comfortable. Since I have this guitar I prefer this one above my other 2 guitars. It can be reinforced because there is a possibility to connect to an amp. And the service of musicstore was great!

I wanted a reasonably priced acoustic guitar for gigging with a decent pick up system that sounded as good amplified as it does acoustically. Nearly every review I read praised these guitars and so I thought it seemed to fit the bill.
The EJ200CE is every bit as good as I was lead to believe. Finish is impeccable, looks amazing and sound and playability excellent.
As with all my guitars I lowered the action a little and changed the strings, but that is a personal thing.
I would advise anyone thinking about this guitar to take the plunge - you will not be disappointed. There are few (if any) other guitars that match its performance and value for money.
Musicstore delivery is quick and efficient and UPS tracking honest and accurate.
I am extremely pleased and looking forward to a long association with my new Epiphone. Everybody who sees it remarks on its stunning good looks.

It sounds great, big and bright. really full rocky sounds even with stock strings, and also it is looks great and it is very very good quality! And, as a surprise, even a build in preamp sounds great! I made some recordings and it sounds so good, that nobody will believe this is Epiphone! I love it! ++++
