Electro Harmonix Micro POG Octave Guitar Effect s Pedal
Great little pedal. Im not a big fan of effects for basses but this one as some nice colour to your sound. Bring out the upper octaves and you have a rich sound for soloing, making the bass really stand out in the mix. Or just add a bit of lower and higher octaves, and you just give a little more depth to your sound.
So far so good. Really impressed with the quality of the octave sound. I've used the larger POG2 before and the Boss OC-3, and the range here suits for what I want to do. The price is a bit much compared to the boss pedal, but it does go up an octave. I didn't really need or use the extra functionality of the POG2. The tracking is still great on this unit.
