ELECTRO HARMONIX Bass Mono Synth

Monophonic bass synthesizer with eleven sound modes, power supply included

With the Electro Harmonix Bass Mono Synth, the New York effects company follows the wish of many bassists for a particularly versatile bass synthesizer with intuitive operation. Accordingly, the monophonic pedal offers eleven synth presets with a strong character, covering the spectrum from fat vintage sounds to cutting or percussive sounds of modern style. The Dry and Synth controls determine the volume of the dry and processed signals at the synth output, while the Sens potentiometer adjusts the synthesizer's response to the playing style. Depending on the synth sound selected, the CTRL control also determines a specific effect parameter for adjusting the sound. The Preset function also allows you to save one setting per Sound Mode. Last but not least, the Electro Harmonix Bass Mono Synth has a connector for optional expression pedals and a dry output that outputs the completely dry signal at the input.

Easy synth

Not a full time bass player, just my own backing tracks, but really enjoying this pedal. Its one of those inspirational pedals that generates ideas and keeps you playing for ages. Not all settings are my cup of tea but many are. Expression pedal adds quite a lot more fun. Had a synth 9 and only really liked the bass synth on it, so for me this is just brilliant. Have found mixing in lots of dry gets even more variety. A corker from EHX and a bargain to boot. Great service from these guys. Very happy.
