The Tentacle is a hand-made pedal created in response to popular demand from Earthquaker customers. Taken from their “Hoof Reaper” pedal, the Tentacle is one of the most simplistic looking pedals you will ever see, with no switches or knobs beyond the foot switch. Engaging the switch introduces a swelling octave up fuzz effect that reacts dynamically to how you are playing. Play above the 12th fret through the neck pickup to force a more aggressive and pronounced effect from the Tentacle. This pedal also treats chords differently, responding with a barrage of ring-modulation. The Tentacle is also an incredibly versatile pedal and works extremely well with other effect pedals in a chain, to create unique textures and tones.
