Stephen Carpenter Signature electric guitar with HHS pickup setup
As a longtime ESP endorser, Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter now gets his own 6-string electric guitar with the ESP LTD SC-20 3-Tone Sunburst after several Extended Range models. The instrument with a full-length neck and unusual HHS pickup configuration relies on the sound of an ESP designed LS-120 single coil on the neck and an LH-150 humbucker in the middle position, while the bridge features the Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB, a powerful classic US pickup winder. Thanks to the locking function of TonePros LockingTune-o-Matic bridge and in-house tuners, the LTD SC-20 gets a resonant sound with direct response and reliable tuning stability thanks to fewer axle windings, in addition to the neck-thru design. Last but not least, glow-in-the-dark side dots indicate the correct position of the 24-fret ebony fingerboard at all times, even on the darkest stages.
The ESP LTD SC-20 Stepehen Carpenter 3-Tone Sunburst comes HHS pickup setup and TonePros locking bridge.
