Kirk Hammett Signature full neck electric guitar, EMG BoneBreaker pickups and Floyd Rose tremolo
With the ESP LTD KH-602 Purple Sparkle ESP and Kirk Hammett finally make available the striking electric guitar that the Metallica guitarist used during the "Hardwired... to Self-Destruct" tour. Based on the proven KH Signature model, the glittering Purple Sparkle finish conceals a continuous maple neck and body wing made of alder. The "Thin U" neck profile offers the familiar playing comfort of the Pau Ferro fingerboard, in which Kirk's "Skull & Crossbones" inlays mark the positions. The EMG Bone Breaker pickups, which were developed together with Hammett and are ideal for crisp crunching riffs or assertive solo sounds, are also used for the first time. Of course the ESP KH-602 Purple Sparkle is equipped with a Floyd Rose Double Locking Tremolo.
