The Dunlop Motörhead Picks Lemmy 1.14 mm Box of 6 are a nod to the great artist Lemmy himself. Made from Tortex, a type of plastic manufactured by the successful company named Dunlop. It's just a Dunlop pick with the usual shape, material and thickness with a Lemmy signature.
That being said, I like the grip on such picks and this one is not different. The pick noise while playing is also quite low. It has low flexibility so playing hard with it can sound harsh and unmusical (which is ironic since one imagines Lemmy didn't play soft) but using it as you would any pick works without issues.
