Q and Volume Controls
The Dunlop Cry Baby Bass Wah's analog filterprocesses only the mids and highs of the incoming signal, maintaining a strong low end foundation for punchy Bass sounds. The Q knob controls the bandwidth at which the filter plows through the frequencies, while the Volume knob adjusts the volume of the pedal, providing up to 20 dB Boost.
Wonderfully dynamic and responsive pedal. Aside from the typical toe-up to toe-down usage, by peaking the Q parameter and using subtle movements, the wah can emulate the kind of filter sweeps applied to synths in dance/electronic music.
