The DPA 4080-DC-D-B00 is a lavalier microphone optimized for chest placement. d:screet™ Omnidirectional microphones are perfect for situations where a wide recording angle is essential and off-axis noise is no problem. However, a directional microphone is sometimes a better choice in a demanding acoustic environment. The d:screet™ 4080 cardioid lavalier microphone captures the human voice with unusually high resolution. This microphone offers maximum side rejection and an excellent acoustic Fokus to the person. Ideal for broadcasts, conferences and other live performances in the studio and outdoors.

It is acoustically pre-equalized and offers a presence boost of 4 dB, perfectly matched to the chest placement of the microphone. This allows voices to be better differentiated and speech intelligibility to be improved. Professionals will appreciate the light weight and excellent speech reproduction.

This microphone comes with a pre-mounted black pop filter in a bracket with integrated shockmount and clamp. A white pop filter is also included. Thanks to the flexible and practical mounting solution, the microphone can be easily rotated in all directions. Thus it can be attached to shirts with button placket right or left.
