DPA ST2006A Condenser Microphone (Stereo Pair)

The DPA ST2006A is a Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone presented as a Stereo Pair. The audio reproduction of the ST2006A is excellent, and will produce outstanding results on sources such as Acoustic Guitar, Piano, Wind Instruments and Choirs. The 2006 Capsule contains 2x opposing miniature Capsules that have been combined to form a Double Diaphragm. This combines the advantages of a Small Capsule with less inherent noise than a larger Diaphragm surface. The Capsules are equipped with reference standard Pre-Amplifiers (MMP-A), which in contrast to the FET Amplifier of the Miniature Series allows a much more precise and airy sound image. It is possible to combine the 2006 Microphones with other Capsules or Pre-Amps of the Reference Standard Series at any time without the use of tools.
