With the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon, the Californian Super Strat specialists present an electric guitar with an eye-catching flip-flop finish and excellent playing characteristics. With traditional contours, the body promises comfortable handling, while on the oiled "Speed Neck" made of maple every riff and solo are realized with ease. Seymour Duncan Alnico Pro and Full Shred humbucker furthermore provide adequate rock and metal sounds with precise representation of every note. A Floyd Rose 1000 Series Tremolo and precise die-cast tuners complete the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon electric guitar by Charvel
Excellent handling
Under the satin flip-flop finish, which changes color depending on the incidence of light, the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 Chameleon hides a classic contour body made of alder that sits comfortably and optimally balanced on the body thanks to the proven lines. The bolt-on maple neck offers excellent playing characteristics across all registers thanks to the proven "Speed Neck" profile with oil finish and compound fingerboard radius, so that high-speed riffs and solos come out of the hand with ease.
Seymour Duncan pickups
As pickup for the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon guitar, Charvel chooses two humbuckers from the market leader Seymour Duncan, which elicit top-class rock and metal sounds from the guitar amp. While the Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro humbucker on the neck comes up with a warm, sweet vintage tone for creamy Overdrive and harmonic cleans, the Seymour Duncan Full Shred humbucker on the bridge promises brilliant distortion tones that accurately portray every note even at maximum distortion. Thanks to the coil split circuit in the push/pull switch of the volume control, the electric guitar also offers glassy single-coil sounds.
Floyd Rose 1000 Series Tremolo
Of course, Charvel completes the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo, so that shredding disciplines such as dive-bombs and squeals can be implemented without detuning the electric guitar. The classically designed headstock also features die-cast tuners for precise tuning.
