Pickups and Hardware
At the bass amplifier, the PJ pickup setup consisting of a DiMarzio Model P split coil in middle position and a DiMarzio Model J single coil at the bridge provides extremely fat and assertive bass sounds, ranging from marrow-shaking low-mid boost to wiry presence tone. The active 3-band tone control of the Charvel San Dimas Bass also allows precise adjustment of the sound. Last but not least, a Charvel HiMass bridge and open-gear tuners complete the Pro-Mod San Dimas Bass PJ IV CM Mystic Blue.
A hot-rodded electric bass, the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Bass PJ IV CM Mystic Blue combines classic style with agile playing characteristics and fierce bass tones.
