Talk about an effective teacher, this keyboard has lighted keys that show you where to play next and will also call out the number of what finger needs to play next in a simulated voice.

I like the fact it has light-up keys and music tuition, which she had used to improve her play significantly already, after only a few weeks. I also like the fact it can support a more professional musician - it's for pressure-sensitive keys, full midi support, sampling, mixing of other instruments, a microphone, sustain pedal support, etc. I guess the only thing missing is a pitch-bender, which given the high price tag I think Casio should have included.
Overall, I think if you've got the money, I think this is one of the best options for a growing musician.
