More inputs are always good!
With its eight inputs, the Black Lion Audio Revolution EXP allows the recording of eight additional signals, from sound generators to effects. This allows synthesizers and samplers to find their way into the DAW just as easily as reverbs or delays. Amplifiers and amp simulations with line outs can also be recorded in no time at all. And, of course, microphone signals can also be fed in via suitable preamps. From drum recordings to orchestral recordings - a few more tracks can make all the difference.
Around-the-clock
The Revolution EXP would not be a Black Lion Audio product if it did not offer excellent sound characteristics in addition to its versatility. This is ensured by the high-quality components from Nichicon, Vishay and Wima on the one hand, and the outstanding Macro MMC Clock on the other. The audio signal is therefore jitter-free and accurately clocked. Via a BNC out, the Clock can also be used as a Master for other digital peripherals in the studio. Alternatively, the Revolution EXP also offers a WordClock input and can therefore synchronize with an existing Clock.
