The name Behringer is usually associated with studio and stage equipment, mixers and DJ controllers. But recently Behringer also released an e-drum set: XD8USB is the name of the electronic drum set, which now adds an important component to the Behringer program. With a solid basic configuration and easy operation, the XD8USB E-drumset positions itself as a practice set for the rehearsal room or even your apartment.
The XD8USB is an 8-piece drum set with everything you need to start playing right away.
Starting with the dual-zone snare pad via the three 8" tom pads as well as three 12" cymbal pads up to the hi-hat controller and kick pad the XD8USB e-drum set contains all components of a "real" drum set, but only as an "electronic" variant.

With 123 drum and percussion sounds stored in a total of 15 drum kits (10 presets, 5 user kits), the XD8USB from Behringer offers a good selection for beginners and thus positions itself as a practice drums for your home or rehearsal room. The set up and operation of the XD8USB e-drum set are extremely simple, fast and uncomplicated. Through the USB port, the XD8USB can be connected to a computer. AUX IN can be used to connect additional equipment such as CD or MP3 players. The output can be used either in conjunction with a headphone or an amplifier.

Behringer XD8USB E-Drum Set This drumset does not have all the features an advanced player might want, but sounds very well and has great playability. I regret that you cant use a double bass-drum with it and it doesnt have the possibility to choke cymbals, but as i said it sounds very well and the triggers are spot on. Great for beginners.
If you once played drums or you're just starting and you don't want to bother your family or neighbours then this e-drum set is your choice. Great number of built in samples, which sound like real drums, electronic sounds are also there if you're not a fan of acoustic drums, a midi slot helps you to get any sounds out of your pc into the e-drums if you're really picky. All pads are very responsive, no delay, the kit is pretty compact so won't take a whole lot of space. 5/5 recommend!
