Plug-and-Play Connectivity with Behringer Go Midi Host
The Behringer Go Midi Host at a glance
The Go Midi Host from Behringer is a practical USB host MIDI interface for connecting traditional MIDI synthesizers and modern USB devices. The device connects master keyboards, controllers, computers, synthesizers, drum machines and samplers and integrates USB where it is needed. Do you want to connect your old rack sampler to a USB keyboard or control it with an old controller from the pre-USB era? Would you like to use your current master keyboard, which only has a USB port, to play a synth without a DAW, which also only has a USB port? This and much more is no problem for the Go Midi Host. The box forwards MIDI data of any kind to the receiving device without loss. All common parameters from the MIDI protocol such as notes, controllers, clock, SysEx and timecode are processed and transmitted. Power is supplied via a separate USB-C connection; a connected USB device is also supplied with power via the host socket.
