Roland's System-100m, which was built from 1979 to 1984, is probably one of the best known modular systems. The manageable number of modules and especially the presence of several functions per module made it an attractive instrument for many users. Behringer transferred the classic dimensions to the compact Eurorack format and took great care to ensure that sound and function were in no way inferior to the cult object.
The Behringer 140 Dual ADSR LFO is a classic modulation source with two ADSR envelopes and a well equipped LFO. The two envelopes have a roland typical percussive curve and cover a wide range of applications. The LFO has five waveforms (sine, triangle, square, ramp and sawtooth), three speed ranges, its own delay phase and can be controlled in frequency by another CV source.
