Roland's System-100m, which was built from 1979 to 1984, is probably one of the best known modular systems. The manageable number of modules and especially the presence of several functions per module made it an attractive instrument for many users. Behringer has transferred the classic dimensions to the compact Eurorack format and has taken great care to ensure that sound and function are in no way inferior to the cult object.
The
Behringer 112 Dual VCO
is a dual analog oscillator with triangle, sawtooth and square waveforms including pulse width modulation. Conveniently, the oscillator is equipped with an octave position switch, allowing the dual tone generator to be optimally tuned to each other. The frequency synchronization of this module is very productive in terms of sound, which can be selected in soft and hard. In addition to the independent CV input for pulse width modulation, each oscillator has three adjustable FM inputs for adjusting the pitch and other modulations.
