Bastl Instruments Neo Trinity at a glance
Neo Trinity from Bastl Instruments is an automatable 6-channel modulation center. Each of the six channels can be used as an LFO, envelope generator or CV controller. The main parameter can be recorded using the REC button. Recording is either free-running or clock-synchronized. Parameter smoothing, the voltage output range and the length of the automation per channel (2-64 steps) can also be set. In addition, each channel is equipped with a recordable trigger generator with algorithmic fill function, which can be used to create polymetric tracks. The module was developed with a focus on performance and therefore offers muting of individual outputs and the option of saving settings as a preset. Neo Trinity is kept simple on its own, but the possibilities increase exponentially as soon as the assignable CV inputs are integrated. The Meta, E and F inputs are able to control the main parameter positively or inverted, control its output amplitude and act as triggers for the internal sample & hold function.
