Arturia Spark LE Hybrid Groovebox Controller

The Arturia SparkLE is a hybrid drum machine controller with the fully-featured Spark software featuring 3 synthesis engines.

Marrying the best of hardware control and analogue synthesis modelling, the SparkLE is a compact interface that allows the user to craft unique drum sounds via the included powerful Spark software. Integrating seamlessly into your DAW, the Spark LE offers full programmable control over the three synthesis engines - virtual analogue, physical modelling and sample playback - utilising the Arturia TAE analogue emulation engines.

The SparkLE features a classic TR-style 64-step sequencer with 16 backlit buttons. The pads are also velocity and pressure sensitive allowing expressive, dynamic real time drum pattern recording. The increased dynamic range captures the subtle performance dynamics and, in conjunction with the roller and XY pad, means inventive control over these live patterns.

A large jog dial and dedicated buttons for projects, kits and instruments means loading kits or choosing presets on the fly is swift and easy without the need to dig through complex software menus. There are also three assignable encoders that affect the currently selected sound and can control familiar synthesis parameters such as filter cut off, resonance, oscillator pitch and volume as well as effects parameters such as reverb length and depth or delay times.

SparkLE incorporates an advanced looper function that acts on the pattern position, allowing the repetition of sections of the pattern at the touch of a button. Easily set the size and position of the loop with divide and move functions and move these in real time, making your live performances more spontaneous and unique.

The Arturia SparkLE ships with vintage drum machine emulations such as the TR-808, LinnDrum and more, modern electronic kits as well as sampled acoustic drum sets getting you up and running straight out the box. It can be run as a plugin with a host DAW or standalone on a computer.
