The Aquadrum Pro 11 is a harmonious steel drum with 11 tunable metal reeds. Every single reed can be tuned in six steps, so all common tunings and scales can be achieved effortlessly. The metal body of the Aquadrum Pro 11 with its eleven tone-variable reeds offers countless melody options for the player, the very warm and soft sound is an enrichment for every percussion setup. But even without any additional accompaniment, the Aquadrum is able to captivate listeners. The spherical sound radiates fluid diversity and dreamy harmonies for relaxation.
The Aquadrum Pro produces harmonious and clear sounds that sound calm and blurry. The long sustain of the individually tunable metal reeds creates a fluid sound image that is spherical and relaxing.
The 11 reeds are cut into the specially hardened steel body, which is elaborately manufactured, using a 5-axis laser. The high precision guarantees a clean and clear sound and consistent quality over many years. The reeds are then tuned via a magnet on the underside. With the enclosed tuning key the magnets can be moved and so the single reed is tuned in six sub-tones each, so each key and scale can be played. A flat black coating provides a very pleasant look and a flattering playing feeling. In addition, the coating prevents rust, which further increases the service life.
