Apogee expands the Symphony series with the Apogee Symphony Desktop for the ambitious musician and producer, which offers all the features of the big representatives in the usual professional quality.
10 In x 14 Out channel matrix
The Apogee Symphony Desktop houses a powerful hardware DSP that calculates the plug-ins from Apogee's native plug-ins library latency-free. In Logic Pro X, the DSP can be controlled as usual without a second window and directly via the channel strips. The interface comes with the Symphony EDS Channel Strip, BritishSolidState, 50s American Tube and Symphony Reverb plug-ins.
Superior hardware
Two of Apogee's microphone preamps are installed, which are digitally controlled and can directly convert the tone of the desired preamp plug-in once it has been selected. In addition, the Apogee Symphony Desktop USB-C Audio Interface includes an instrument input with a FET-based preamp that provides a tube-like sound character. Studio speakers can be driven via the outputs and 2 headphones can be powered independently of each other. The sophisticated converters ensure extremely low latency and a sound quality that is beyond reproach. All physical inputs and outputs can be controlled directly via the touchscreen and assigned presets.
