The basic gain structure can be adjusted via the "Gain" switch, which offers a modern-aggressive high-setting in addition to the more moderate vintage setting. In addition to the proven combination of gain, tone and volume controls, an additional "tight" potentiometer is available for adjusting the attack behavior, while the "mid" switch can be used to call up the mid-scoop, which is predestined for thrash metal. In addition, there is a noise gate on board, the intensity of which follows the setting of the gain control. In "Chomp" mode, the gate also stops each note hard, supporting galloping staccato playing.
