The Alyseum U3-88c is an USB MIDI interface with 8 MIDI in- and outputs. It has very low latency and jitter becuase it can be connected via USB 3.0. The U3-88c is however backwards compatible to USB 2.0 through the auto detect function, too. With this Alyseum MIDI interface you can operate with up to 8 MIDI input-devices lik DAW controllers or MIDI instruments. For more flexibility you have simultaneously access to 8 MIDI outputs.

Alyseum U3-88cFor years I've been dealing with Midi interfaces that have crippled my workflow or made things much harder than they should have been. So this year after moving house and reorganising everything I thought I would search out something that would do away with the jitter and other issues on some of the midi patchbay/interfaces I have had over the years.
In my search I came across the Alyseum company, who make the U3-88c midi interface which claimed to do away with most of the issue and still have a very good price point. So after reading many reviews and finally finding one for sale on this site, I jumped on it and boy am I glad I did. My latency and Jitter errors are a lot less than before and it's size means I don't take up more rack space (currently cable tied it to the keyboard rack).
So I am more than happy with the item and I am also more than happy for the price I got for it via Music Store Professional as it was about £60 cheaper than everywhere else.

This is a neat bit of gear for a live keyboard rig. Its small size and bus-powering are ideal for the purpose. Velcro it to the back of you keyboard stand and forget about it - just the way it should be.
