Allen & Heath Xone:23C 2-Channel DJ-Mixer with Sound Card
Heard good things about this mixer and guess what they were right. A solid bit of kit, simple yes, but between two 1200mk2’s doing a Stirling job do far.
Lovely sounding mixer with tank like build and filters but beware quiet phono pre-amp requires a simple, but annoying that you have to, bit of home soldering to increase db. That is to say the only way to get most vinyl records to peak at magic 6db while mixing is to run maxed out on the gain leaving nowhere to go for quieter presses.
Needed a new two channel mixer for my vinyl setup. Excellent price and build quality. Item arrived much sooner than predicted. Only problem is I can't stop playing with the filter.
