A stereo signal will be somehow destroyed by that mixer. But you intend to create stereo out of mono signal. It does the job very well. It has a knob for panning each of the 3 inputs.
If you're looking to only mix stereo signal without playing on the pan of each signal. Take a look at the rolls MX51s.
The build quality is good without being great. The unit seems to be pretty solid and stands proudly on its rubber feet.
