The Ibanez SRF706-BBF Bass Workshop 6-String Brown Burst Flat is a fretless bass guitar featuring a mahogany body, a maple/bubinga neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and a brown burst flat finish. The SR Series of bass guitars is suitable for a variety of players thanks to a smooth, fast neck, lightweight body, and matched electronics. The SR Portamento features an extended 30-fret rosewood fingerboard for playing in upper registers usually only accessible on an upright bass. A five-piece maple/bubinga through-neck offers increased sustain and superior tone.

On the back of this bass you will find recessed controls assigned to each individual string to control the volume of the Ibanez-exclusive AeroSilk Piezo pickup. A Custom bridge created specifically for the AeroSilk Piezo pickup system features unique plastic saddles designed to work in concert with piezo pickups and enhance the acoustic quality of the sound.
