It is obvious that the ARP 2600 is a musical icon and has shaped countless musical styles and genres since its creation. The fact that Korg has managed to revive this almost monumental instrument in its original form with the ARP 2600 FS, obviously pleases not only many others who have had the chance to get one, but also me. It was, is and will remain something special to use the ARP 2600 (FS) as a tool or "sound laboratory" - regardless of what special purpose or musical direction...
